Usually the phrase, “working the system” has bad connotations associated with it. However, working the success system I’ve set up for students and their parents is a “good thing.” Who doesn’t need more self-discipline, self-confidence and self-respect in their lives? Who doesn’t want to possess the most formidable system of self-defense? Who doesn’t want to live a healthier life, mentally and physically? Of course we all do! Therefore, begin working the system by answering yes sir or yes ma’am. Stand straight at all times…no slouching or leaning. Eat smaller healthier meals and start exercising daily…starting today! Parents, you need to demand the best for and from your children. Have your children answer yes mom or dad and not “yeah” or “uh-huh” Establishing mutual respect is important at an early stage (and it is easier and can be fun.) Assign Tae Kwon-Do practice times daily for you and/or your children. Praise yourself or your kids for a job well done! Be a positive person and look for the best in everybody and everything. When people ask how you’re doing, answer “fantastic”!
By exercising daily, you will increase your metabolism as well as improve circulation and breathing. It will also relieve stress and keep you in a positive mood. Having your self-defense will raise your confidence level. You get what you say…so say good things! Try it. It’s what I do and it works. Pil-Sung!
